All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable - with the exception of our "Ticket Protection Program". Life happens - we get it! Guests have the opportunity to buy non-refundable "Ticket Protection" during the check-out process (valued at 10% of their total price at check-out), which gives the customer the ability to receive a full refund or exchange of their ticket no more than 24 hours after the scheduled departure time. By declining the ticket protection I agree to accept a LCC ticket exchange or Resort gift card as compensation for a cruise that must be cancelled by Lake CdA Cruises due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances that would jeopardize safety.
You can print off the tickets from the confirmation email, or just simply present your phone with the tickets pulled up. Otherwise, we would be happy to print off your tickets at the Concierge desk or the Ticket Booth.
Cruises will only be canceled due to hazardous wind or smoke conditions - please note that if it is just raining or snowing, the boat will still go out, as that is not considered hazardous to our operation.
